You will discover here my work as a rigger and photographer. Originally from Nancy, I practice the ancestral Japanese erotic art of Shibari. At first glance disturbing or even disturbing, this discipline actually has the particularity of providing the roped person with a feeling of well-being and relaxation. This is because the constriction of the cords on the skin causes the release of endorphins in the body. This reaction allows me, as a photographer, to capture very soft and peaceful expressions on the faces of my models yet in poses that can seem difficult to hold. Through these pictures I try to bring out all the softness and freedom that the constraint of the strings offers. In a logic of authenticity, I do not use makeup or computer retouching of the body of my models. I want to capture their natural beauty in them, at a time when women must fight both against the standards imposed in the media and for their rights too often flouted on the planet scale.
